In the summer of 2020 I was on the run from a hostile ex. While hopping from motel to AirBnB, I still made an effort to do my art.
It was while in Boulder that I heard of the Boulder Art Association. They were having a "BAA" show and wanted their artists to make a piece featuring a sheep. I didn't just want to draw a standard sheep. At the time I was drawing chimeras so I decided to draw this sleepless sheep sitting on the moon counting stars instead of his fellow sheep.
(Un)Fun Fact. One copy of the print was effective stolen by the restaurant that shall not be named. Although I appreciated the compliment of having my art being good enough to steal, I would appreciate getting that $150. Such is life.
