Summer of 2020. I was recovering after being on the run from my hostile ex. I was in Boulder, CO and COVID was in full swing. I could really use a glass of wine.
I drove to the outskirts of North Boulder or as they call it, NoBo. I was expecting to go to the winery but the place next door was playing live music. That places was, and is, BOCO Cider.
BOCO is Boulder's first cidery. I've been going there every once awhile ever since. The Cinnergy Cider is one of their most interesting ciders.
